One butterfly began to emerge over one week ago and finally suceeded in completing its transformation a few moments ago(the one at the back of the net). Explore guided imagery, relaxation, breathing exercises, meditation, mindfulness and creative activity in a supportive environment. This is our monthly group for relaxation, meditation and creative activity in Church. (3rd Weds of the month 8 – 9pm)For more information or to sign up - stjohnthebaptistburscough.churchsuite.com/events/clwjw3ucThe group is suitable for most adults. If you experience problems with your heart, lungs or mental health, please would you check with your GP first.
